I cannot find an easy way to wrap text around a circle - can someone open my eyes?

Thanks for getting in touch. You'd need a text on a path functionality to do this and while it's not currently available, this feature is definitely on top of our to-do list for Pixelmator Pro! In the meantime, a workaround would be to convert text to shape and position the letters one by one.
